Units : Psychosomatic and Psycho-Oncology Research Unit | ULB621

Description :

This is a bicentric randomized controlled trial aiming to assess the efficacy of a group intervention combining
cognitivo-behavioral and hypnosis (CBT-hypnosis group). These techniques aim to promote empowerment and emotion regulation. This intervention will
be compared to a « self-help » intervention combining health education and relaxation. Efficacy will be mesured by assessing
sleeping troubles, fatigue, resumption of activities and emotion regulation with objective (heart rate recording, two relaxation tasks
and quality of sleep) and subjective measures (questionnaires).
