A patient suffering from a dysfunction between C3-C4 was investigated by CT-scan with 3D reconstruction before and after an
osteopathic manipulation. The result objectivates to our knowledge for the first time a dysfunction in this area. After manipulation the
kinematics was improved. This was determined by means of the concept of the helcoidal axis of motion.
