Resistance proteins (Pgp, MRP, Lmr A, Hor A) are expressed in the plasma membrane. They are able to reject pharmacological agents
outside the cells and are responsible for cell resistance against antibiotics, antitumoral agents, herbicides. Our main objective
is to understand the molecular mechanism of this process.
