► Manipulation of the most known techniques of molecular biology including: genes cloning and expression, proteins purification, generation of antibodies, inactivation of genes by the allelic exchange procedure in order to study their functions, culture of eukaryotic cells in vitro and their infection by bacteria (to study the behaviour of the bacteria in contact with or within host cells). We use an in vivo animal model (mouse or/and guinea pigs) to study the pathogenicity of the genetically manipulated bacteria.
