Description :

Development of new algorithm for the detection of change between data extracted from known cartographic database and new acquired
remote sensed images. The project aims to build a software prototype to validate the development on actual data. The project is
done in collaboration with three Ulb laboratories (Mlg, Igeat and Lisa) and the Royal Military School
