The purpose of this' Edizione nazionale is to provide for the first time a critical edition of all the works of Tasso. My edition
of the Gerusalemme conquistata offers a text - the first version of the poem - which remained unpublished until now. The
Scientific Committee, chaired by Gianvito Resta (Accademia dei Lincei), are leading researchers such as Guido Baldassarri (Padova
University), Ezio Raimondi (Accademia dei Lincei), Arnaldo Di Benedetto (University of Turin).
