Established within the Private Law Center of the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the ULB, the Judicial Law Unit has the task of
carrying out collective and individual research and organizing conferences in the field of private judicial law. in the broadest
sense, including alternative dispute resolution methods. Under the direction of Jacques Englebert, the Judicial Law Unit has
published the summary of Civil Trial Law (Anthémis).
