This project aims at the development of exact and heuristic methods for the optimization of networks working with the internet
protocol (IP). More precisely, we try to optimize the weights used by the OSPF and IS-IS protocols in order to minimize the network
congestion. Critical aspects such as demand variability and robustness against failures are also taken into account.
