This is a randomised intervention study assessing the impact of a basic training in communication skills and a training in
interdisciplinary communications skills directed at radiotherapy teams, on the one hand, on a population of breast cancer patients and on
members of the radiotherapy teams, and, on the other hand, on the communication between team members and breast cancer patients
and between team members themselves. One of objective of this project is to develop an interuniversity curriculum of communication
skills training for interdisciplinary team to allow optimization of cancer patients' care.
